Susanna Grech

Susanna is a dedicated and continually evolving professional who discovered the power of personal growth. At the age of 30, she embraced the belief that it is never too late to achieve what you truly want in life. She began her career in administrative operations and, through continuous learning and perseverance, has grown into her current role.

Alongside her work, Susanna returned to her studies and is currently pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Business Management, further strengthening her leadership and organisational skills. She is driven by a genuine desire to help others and finds great fulfilment in supporting people while creating a positive and well-structured environment.

In her free time, Susanna enjoys reconnecting with nature, exploring her passion for fashion, and travelling abroad; experiences that inspire her creativity, balance, and sense of joy.

Martina Busuttil

Martina completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2026 and joined Fondazzjoni Suret il-Bniedem as a Psychosocial Officer, where she is responsible for the Foundation’s Intake and Assessment process. She is committed to creating a supportive and approachable environment in which individuals feel heard, understood, and guided through the initial stages of their care.

Passionate about promoting mental well-being and supporting diverse populations, Martina is driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through psychoeducation and empathetic engagement. She approaches her work with responsibility, flexibility, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Outside of her academic and professional commitments, Martina enjoys reading, travelling, and exploring new places and cultures.

Milena Fenech

Milena completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 2026 and plans to continue her studies in Family Therapy.

She recently joined Fondazzjoni Suret il-Bniedem as a Psychosocial Officer and is eager to gain further experience in the field while applying her knowledge and skills to support individuals and enhance their quality of life. Open-minded and compassionate, she values understanding, acceptance, and creating a safe and supportive environment for others.

In her free time, Milena enjoys travelling, watching films and television series, and playing video games.

Jodie Baldacchino 

Jodie completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology in 2018, followed by a Higher Diploma in Psychology in 2019 at the University of Malta. Her professional journey spans various areas within the social sector, with experience working with persons with disabilities and, more extensively, within the domestic violence sector.

Along the way, she fulfilled a lifelong dream of backpacking across Asia. This enriching experience allowed her to gain invaluable personal insight through voluntary work, meaningful interactions with local communities, and exposure to diverse cultures and ways of life.

In 2025, Jodie joined Fondazzjoni Suret il-Bniedem as the Home Coordinator at Dar Patri Leopoldo. In this role, she is committed to creating an environment that promotes dignity, empowerment, and the well-being of all residents. She is known for her positive outlook and is motivated by a genuine desire to bring encouragement, hope, and optimism into the lives of those she supports.
